Elite Living Lending is a real estate and lending services brand operated by Elite Living Realty, LLC, in partnership with Hometown Lending. Loan products are offered through Hometown Lending, which holds the applicable lending licenses (NMLS 2577364 | Company NMLS 2712965). All loan applications are subject to Hometown Lending’s underwriting and approval. Elite Living Lending does not directly underwrite, fund, or service mortgage loans.

You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using this website or opting into our SMS program, you represent that you are 18 or older. Our services, including SMS communications, are intended exclusively for U.S. residents aged 18 and older.

Elite Living Lending operates a Mixed (Marketing & Transactional) SMS messaging program providing information about home loan pre-approval, mortgage products, real estate services, and related communications.

Transactional Messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, loan application status updates, document requests, and follow-ups related to your active inquiry.

Marketing Messages: educational content about home buying, rate updates, program announcements, and occasional promotional offers.

How to Sign Up. Submit a web form with your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, or text a designated keyword to our SMS number.

Opt-Out (Text STOP). Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. You will receive one final confirmation. You may also opt out by emailing info@elitelivinglending.com or calling 214.506.0634.

Help (Text HELP). Reply HELP, email info@elitelivinglending.com, or call 214.506.0634.

Message Frequency. Varies by your stage in the loan process; up to several messages per week.

Message and data rates may apply. Elite Living Lending does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge based on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdelivered messages. Elite Living Lending is not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or device limitations. Message delivery is on a best-effort basis.
