Elite Living Lending is a real estate and lending services brand operated by Elite Living Realty, LLC, in partnership with Hometown Lending. Loan products are offered through Hometown Lending, which holds the applicable lending licenses (NMLS 2577364 | Company NMLS 2712965). All loan applications are subject to Hometown Lending's underwriting and approval. Elite Living Lending does not directly underwrite, fund, or service mortgage loans.
3. Eligibility & Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use our services. By using this website or opting into our SMS program, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Our services, including SMS communications, are intended exclusively for U.S. residents aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from or send communications to anyone under the age of 18.
4. Description of SMS Program & Messaging Use Cases
SMS Program Overview. Elite Living Lending operates a Mixed (Marketing & Transactional) SMS messaging program designed to provide consumers with information about home loan pre-approval, mortgage products, real estate services, and related communications.
Messaging Use Cases — What Types of Messages You May Receive:
- Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, loan application status updates, document requests, and follow-up communications related to your active inquiry
- Marketing Messages: Educational content about home buying, rate updates, limited-time program announcements, and occasional promotional offers
How to Sign Up. Consumers may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting a web form on our website with their mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting a designated keyword to our SMS number.
Instructions to Opt-Out (Text STOP). You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling 214.506.0634.

Elite Living Lending does not charge a fee for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent and received based on your wireless plan. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan and any associated charges. Elite Living Lending is not responsible for any charges or fees from your wireless provider.
6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other participating carriers) are not liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdelivered messages. Elite Living Lending is also not responsible for technical issues or delays caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or device limitations that may affect message delivery. Message delivery is on a best-effort basis.
